Buyer Beware of the
UTP Internet Business Guide

Subject: UTP Internet Business Guide & Internet Corporation Listing Service (ICLS.NET)

Dear Friends,

We must find a way to stop these people. I've had at least a dozen calls from customers that think the bill is coming from the ISP. It is NOT. UTP sends out these misleading invoices to businesses that have registered internet domain names.

Please click here to see a copy of a UTP invoice.

UTP mails these invoices making them appear as though they come from your ISP. There is no way to call them in the USA. The only U.S. phone number is that of administrative contact for the domain name. Again, that is to say, the only domestic phone number listed is for the ISP.

Following is other information about UTP:

UTP AG PO Box
CH-8583 Sulgen
Switzerland
Fax: x41 (71) 6 400 500
email info@utp-online.com
www.utp-online.com

There are other companies, such as Internet Corporation Listing Service (ICLS.NET), that are doing the same sort-of thing.
