Why would you want to? A House of Cards amounts to nothing more than a Shanty Town, when it begins to collapse, usually the cause is it is top heavy. The first step when this occurs is to Shore it up, in an attempt to avoid further damage. After you have the Shores in place, and once again it is safe to enter, you don’t build on it, you methodically disassemble the structure, in a safe manner. Once this is complete, you start with a strong foundation, and then rebuild. To me, this is common sense. The team that is in place, the current adminastration, has done a good job of placing the Shores, the fact is, this House of Cards is still top heavy. The ones on topn seem firmly entrenched, they seem unwilling to move. Now if the Fed, became part of Building and Safety, they could then condemn this House of Cards, serve eviction notices on the occupants of the upper levels, the root cause of this collapsing House of Cards, we then could safely dismantle this structure, and get on with the business of rebuilding on a sound foundation
