Big happenings in Gettysburg this weekend. Sure hope no one is using real bullets. A few years ago someone did. The battle is postponed, to start on the 3rd of July. It is beyond me why anyone would glorify the carnage that 146 years before had taken place in this valley. I know it is our history but for us, it is to learn from this history. The tide of war changed with this battle, but collective as a nation we all lost. The only good I see coming from this battle is the beginning of the end of this war.
